Notification
In supercession to earlier notification no. DAH/Adm-03/2007/7343 dated 21/5/2008, the changes are made in promotion due date as July 2008 instead of January 2008.
All are asked to note the changes. Others remain same as “Dzongkhag Administration would like to inform all Sector Heads that last date for submission of promotion proposals for July 2008 is on or before 15th July 2008.
The Dzongkhag Administration would like to inform all concerned to submit the audit clearance and security clearance, Promotion form and duly filled up past 3 years Performance Evaluation Form along with the promotion proposal. Please note that the security clearance certificate and the audit clearance certificate should be valid as of July 2008.
All concerned are also asked to submit two ‘Performance Evaluation Report’ (which consists of two six monthly Work Planning and Review Forms and Summative Performance Review Form) under PCS and one Cadre Performance Evaluation Report for non teaching staff. The teachers have to submit one latest ‘Performance Evaluation Report’ (which consists of two six monthly Work Planning and Review Forms and Summative Performance Review Form) under PCS and two Cadre Performance Evaluation Report.
The promotion will be granted as per the BCSR-2006, Chapter 13 and Position Directory issued by Royal Civil Service Commission and some supercession made vide notification no RCSC/LS-2/2007/62 dated 22 May 2007 of Secretary, RCSC, Thimphu.
