- To enhance literacy rate (achieve 100% literacy rate by the year 2015)
- Decentralization of management and Administration.
- To promote the NFE and continuing education.
4. STRAREGIES
- By supporting and giving feedbacks in curriculum development.
- By constructing more qualitative in fractures.
- By organizing workshops /training to the teachers.
- Through regular monitoring and support services.
- By giving support in extra curriculum activities.
- By strengthening the Scouting Health, Agriculture activities value education etc.
- By encouraging and increasing maximum enrolment.
- By helping schools in planning, budgeting.
- By increasing the NFE centers.
5. FUNCTIONAL/ DELEGATION OF TASK & ACTIVITIES.
- By empowering & delegation powers to the heads and teachers & students.
- By appointing Focal teachers for SLMSS, Games & Sports, Cultural activities, Scouring, Agricultural Health etc.
- By establishing committees within the individual schools like:
- Maintenance
- SDF
- Pastoral care.
- Health/ Sanitation.
- Guidance and counseling.
- School Management Board.
- Academic etc.
- By appointing in charges (captains/ Monitors ).
- By seeking support from the community.
- Through support from other sectors.
- With the aid from various agencies/ organizations.
